Is every item really handmade?
Yes, each one of our pieces is made by the hands of our small team. Feel free to browse our social accounts if you're interested in the behind-the-scenes process.
Will my items look exactly like the photos?
Because each piece is handmade and some require natural beads or vintage-inspired materials, slight variations may occur. That’s what makes every bracelet one of a kind. We promise we will do our best to ensure you love the final outcome.
Will the pieces tarnish?
Our pieces are made using stainless steel wire, including gold-plated stainless steel options, which are designed to be durable and resistant to tarnishing. This also means they should not turn your skin green. However, like all plated jewelry, the finish may naturally wear over time depending on use, so we recommend treating your pieces with care.
Additionally, some of the beads or charms we use may be vintage or pre-loved components, which adds to the unique character of each piece. Because of this, we'd like to remind you again that it’s important to take extra good care of your jewelry to help preserve its quality and appearance over time.
How should I care for my jewelry and other accessories?
Our pieces are designed to be durable, sturdy, and long-lasting. To truly preserve their beauty over time though, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
Do you restock sold-out pieces?
Some designs may return, but many VALOURE pieces are made in limited quantities to preserve their uniqueness.
If you fell in love with a sold-out piece, feel free to contact us — we may be able to create a similar custom alternative. Please be aware that additional fees may apply.

Yes, all payments are processed securely to ensure your information stays protected. We use Shop Pay, a feature by Shopify, which provides a fast and secure checkout experience with encrypted payment processing and trusted protection for your information.
How long does shipping usually take?
Please allow 3–6 business days for processing, as each piece is individually made with care. During high order volumes or unexpected delays (such as customs or supply disruptions), processing times may be slightly extended. If this happens, we will always reach out to keep you updated.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location. Shipping typically takes anywhere from a few business days up to 2 weeks.
If need your order by a specific date, we recommend selecting our express shipping option at checkout. You’re also welcome to reach out to us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline where possible. However, as a small business with handmade pieces, we cannot guarantee rush orders or strict deadlines in short timeframes.
